The month of May is a busy month for o-eightians, for there are 3 birthday babies!

To kick off is the joint celebration of Cuihua's and Bing's birthday.

After dinner at the wonderful DA ZHI RAN ZHEY restaurant (HAHAHA!), its an fun-filled nite at the New MindsCafe at LA Blk 135!

The "great" game Citadel had managed to keep us occupied for hours hahaha, apparently "Architect" was the most hated character in the game

We also had durians!

Birthday uncle and girl .... finally cake cutting time ... strawberry ice cream cakie

How could we do without the 3 guys striking their usual classic disgusting idiotic poses

MindsCafe at LA was a success~! Once again, a gathering with fun and laughter.

Next up was Xiong's celeb @ Cafe Cartel, Marina.
It was a night of "fighting for bread and butter" ... hahaha

KAT-TUN for Guinness World Record?

On Friday, popular boy band KAT-TUN completed their record-setting run of eight consecutive days of concerts at the Tokyo Dome. With a full house of about 55,000 fans at each show, a total of roughly 440,000 people attended the concerts.

Last year, KAT-TUN performed four consecutive days at the Dome. At the time, it tied for the record with British rocker Sting, who also did a four-day stretch there in 1988. However, KAT-TUN's recent concerts have now doubled that record.

Their management agency, Johnny's Jimusho, is hoping to have this achievement officially recognized as a Guinness World Record under "most consecutive concerts at a venue with a capacity of 50,000." It appears that someone affiliated with Guinness happened to be at the Tokyo Dome, so the agency has requested verification of the record.

With the success of these concerts, KAT-TUN has scheduled many more to extend their tour. They had originally planned for these 8 shows to be followed by 3 at Osaka Dome on May 29-31 and 2 more at Tokyo Dome on June 14-15. They have now added 17 more shows in 6 other cities, starting in July.

Continuing on their impressive Oricon streak, KAT-TUN introduce their latest full-length album "Break the Records -by you & for you-" on 29th April 2009. It features all their most recent No. 1 singles including Don’t U Ever Stop, the album version of White X’mas, One Drop, and their brand new hit Rescue. Had a usual birthday gathering with the o-eights on the last day of the long easter weekend ... lunch at Kim Gary ... proudly endorsed by Bosco!

Haha note the similarities with Pornsak =x

Took quite some time ordering because of the crappings ... and also because Ms Jia ticked off the wrong orders on the first order slip =x

Photos taken while waiting for the food ... Bosco was the hot topic for the day ... hahaha ... there is always laughter with the o-eights as the guys and gals pull their funny antics.

Ms Zhong never fails to order "instant noodles with ham" in a restaurant ... haha ... the honey aloe vera serves to be refreshing for someone sick like me.

With the girls ......

How could we leave out "sbh shuai as ever" de uncle bing. The pic is an illustration of how the actual food differs from the appearance in the menu, haha. Its a vegetarian japanese toufu dish.

Introducing Rayner and the amount of food he has ordered. You would think that he would stop at two: soup + bread and cutlet as the main course ... but no ... he needs a three. He wont be happy until he is FULL ... hahaha

After a happy and entertaining meal ... we left the place with a group photo ...

(wonder why rayner looks so happy ... lol)

Attempted to tour the newly opened mall and visit Uniqlo but it was super crowded that we retreated to Tampines mall and Century Square =x

For the celebration with my gang, we have decided on GARIBALDI,
which is quoted to be:

None of us have been there, so i guess its sort of an excuse for us (maybe its just my own thinking hahaha) to indulge in some expensive dining!

But well i felt sick when i woke up in the morning, but i didnt want to postpone the dinner, even if i faint i must also make it there .... hahahaha

I must say that the ambience and service there is really good ... all the staff are professionally trained! Only drawback was we couldnt make too much noise! (but eventually we realised that you could still make some noise there if you are drunk hahaha)

While waiting for the food ... i got my birthday card ~ hand picked by Ms Sessi and written with blood (ok its exaggerated) by everyone:

We were given some starters before the food arrived ... soft bread and "crispy" bread with fresh tomato puree o.0 ... not really sure what we were eating ... hahaha ... and the server will ask if you will like more bread. Apparently most of us settled for a second serving of bread.

We found the pastas and risotto 略咸 (ok its very salty hahaha ... even Salty Queen Ms Zhong is complaining) ... if not it would have been pretty good. The steak and beef wraps seems to be better received by the eaters =p

After the main course, we were presented with a complimentary Tiramisu which was beautifully decorated (and this sorta became my "birthday cake" haha). It even had a special "stick thin" candle ... hahaha ... and i finished my Tiramisu ... it has to be of some standard for me to finish sweet stuff ^^*

We ordered more desserts! While waiting, we were served some raspberry "sorbet-like" stuff which is pretty interesting.

It was unanimously declared that the brownie is better than Bakerzin's!

There were some interesting moments such as the cockroach in the washroom, and the-hyperactive-aftersomewine Ah S.A.M =x

I think the total bill was around $400+? (for a table of 10 pax)

While leaving ... a female staff offered to help us take a photo ... that was really attentive.

After dinner activity was ........................... KTV!!!! (what's new hahahaha)

2nd time at partyworld liang court ... the place is clean and "fully equipped" with tambourines and shakes-shakes. Thank you to all enthusiastic singers for the entertainment!

I used to think that i would never bear to leave my country, I would never forgo the food, the places, the culture, the people, the dramas (have grown up with the television programs), every single thing here.

But now that i have grown up, i actually feel like leaving this place, to move to another place to live a new life, maybe to migrate to a place such as Japan, to speak a new language, to start with a brand new mind, become a new person, start life anew. There is nothing for me not to forgo here. If given a chance, i would not even hestitate.

I guess throwing the letter was a first step, I want to live life the way i want it. Though it may not be wise choice, but it is my decision and i will not regret it. Well, will deal with the problems later on.

"A student ask a teacher, "what is love ?" The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the padi field and choose the biggest padi and come back. But the rule is: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick."

The student went to the field, went thru first row, he saw one big padi,but he wonders....maybe there is a bigger one later. Then he saw another bigger one... but maybe there is an even bigger one waiting for him. Later, when he finished more than half of the padi field, he started to realise that the padi is not as big as the previous one he saw, he knew he has missed the biggest one, and he regretted !!!!

So, he ended up going back to the teacher empty handed. The teacher told him, "...this is love... you keep looking for a better one, but when later you realise, you have already miss the person...."

" What is marriage then ?" the student asked. The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the corn field and choose the biggest corn and come back. But the rule is: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick. "

The student went to the corn field, this time he is careful not to repeat the previous mistake, when he reach the middle of the field, he has picked one medium corn that he is satisfied, and came back to the teacher. The teacher told him, "this time you bring back a corn....you look for one that is just nice, and you have faith and believe this is the best one you get.... this is marriage."

Love is not about finding a better one;for there'll always be someone better out there; it's about finding what you think it's the best.

I couldnt possibly have dropped from 48kg to 41.6kg ?!?! Roar

Had been clearing some old stuff when im not out during these days. Though its really a tiring and tedious process, you may find some stuff tt you thought u haf lost decades ago, or some tings tt you have totally forgotten about its existence. May lose some weight too. Haha =x

My house really have a lot of tings man. I even still have my sec4 and JC books and notes -.- ... but they are cleared away now ... wee~ ... I tink mine is a 5-room storeroom, not a 5-room flat ... hahaha =x

Came across many magazines and newspaper clippings about travel packages and tourist attractions that she left behind. So many places that she wana go ... having comtemplating for so long ... as can be seen from the age of the articles ... and none i have realised for her. Everyting is too late now ... too late for regrets. I am so useless.

Clearing my dressing table drawer, there were like 15-20 hairbands collected from childhood days. I really have alot of hairbands, of different designs and colours. Always go shopping with her when I was young and she will keep buying for me. (Yet i cannot give her anyting in return) Have been keeping it for so long because cant bear to throw it away. But this time round I managed to chuck it away. I don't know why. I guess I have to be selective about the tings i keep if not i really become garung guni liao. Anws I have already kept it in my memory. My memory has more storage than my drawer. Haha.

Spring cleaning can be physically and emotionally tiring as well.

Happy Mother's Day.

Its actually yest, late entry because i fell sick and unable to get up. Vomitted and slight fever. Also duno why it happened. Some tings happen for no reason.

Though you are no longer around, thanks for everyting u had given me. And i can feel that you are still blessing me all these while ... blessing me through all my exams depsite my bad attitude towards learning, helping me to get a job. (Hopefully everyting will go well for the last hurdle >.<) I know it disappoints u thoroughly seeing me lidat, im a totally changed person in life. But how could i have not changed after all this?

IF chocolates are effective in preventing tears, I would just keep eating at the expense of getting fat cos there is no other method in this world. <--- sounds like nonsense ._. Watched the repeat of 海豚湾恋人 at 6pm Ch U today. Was actually expecting the korean show that has shown for duno how many centuries ... hahahahaha ... bt watching it on its 2nd run still proves it to be a nice show. *The little girl plucked away the eyes of her toy dolphin. Why? "The dolphin will cry when sad tings happen, without eyes it wont cry. When the dolphin dun cry, I wont cry."
